Eamon Chase, Inc. focuses on exploring various avenues for Federal procurement which include, but are not limited to: open competition via FEDBIZOPPS, Defense Logistics Agency Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts such as Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), Tailored Logistics Solutions (TLS), and many other procurement vehicles unique to Federal agencies.

PresidentBrett Sanborn

Brett Sanborn is Eamon Chase, Inc.’s President & CEO. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2002. Shortly after graduation, Brett decided to enlist in the U.S. Army where he served with 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment for several years and multiple deployments. He served as project manager for several construction projects during his time with the Army, including a $1,000,000 road paving project and an 87-soldier restroom facility. Brett became an Infantry Officer after graduating Officer Candidate School and worked in multiple leadership positions until he was medically retired in 2015. Since starting Eamon Chase, Inc. in 2015, Brett has served as project manager on more than 50 projects, specializing in federal and military contracts all over the country. He manages all daily operations for Eamon Chase, advising and leading team members, communicating with clients and performing labor on jobsites.

Vice President of ConstructionRyan Sanborn

Ryan Sanborn is Eamon Chase, Inc.’s Vice President of Government Construction. A graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Building Construction, Ryan has over 21 years experience as a General Contractor. In addition to government, residential, and commercial projects, Ryan has extensive experience in medical facilities. He was the Assistant Superintendent during the construction of the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies; a $120,000,000 project that included a 406,000 square foot, 11-story hospital in downtown Orlando, Florida. Ryan’s efforts were integral to the project winning the 2006 ABC project of the year for the State of Florida.
